"Communication could have been a bit better"
I did have to follow up a few times to get updates, which was a little frustrating. The replies eventually came through, but they were slower than I’d hoped and didn’t always fully answer what I was asking. Overall, I think the experience would’ve been better with clearer and more timely communication.

"Really frustrating website experience"
I was disappointed with how hard the website was to use. The pages took forever to load, and every time I tried to book, it kept freezing on me. I expected the process to be simple, but it ended up being a hassle

"Results could’ve been clearer"
I used Randox for a home test and, to be fair, the actual testing process was straightforward. Everything arrived fine and I didn’t have any real issues doing the sample at home.

But when the results came through, I was a bit lost... There were numbers, flags, and different sections, but not enough plain English explaining what I was actually looking at. I ended up googling a lot of it, and a few parts felt like they were basically repeating the same thing in different wording.

For what it cost, I expected the report to be easier to understand. It wasn’t useless or anything, but it definitely wasn’t as clear or user-friendly as I’d hoped.

I sent two emails and tried calling, but still haven’t had a proper reply. Compared to most companies these days where someone at least acknowledges you, this felt really poor. I was just left waiting around with no idea what was going on.

"Still a bit unsure about my data..."
I used randox for a test and the actual service worked fine, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable with the amount of personal info they asked for. The privacy details weren’t especially clear to me, and I was left wondering who exactly could access my results... maybe it’s all standard, but it would’ve been reassuring if they explained the confidentiality side better.

"Booking an appointment was more hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried to book my appointment online and found the whole thing frustrating. The site kept showing available times, but when I clicked on them, they either disappeared or wouldn’t let me confirm. I ended up refreshing the page a bunch of times and trying different time slots just to get something booked. Maybe it was a glitch or the system wasn’t updating properly, but from my side it felt stressful and like a waste of time. Not really the smooth experience I was hoping for

Booking itself was fine, but finding a nearby appointment was more hassle than I’d hoped. I have a basic standard for this kind of thing: it should be quick to find a slot, especially if you work regular hours. Instead, the site kept taking me in circles, and the clinic times weren’t very practical. Checking the results on my phone was awkward too. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t feel as easy or convenient as it should have.

"I thought I was doomed, but they fixed it"
Support took what felt like an eternity to get back to me, and I was starting to spiral a little thinking the issue would never get resolved. But eventually they did reply and got it fixed, so in the end it was okay. Not the fastest experience ever, but it worked out...

I went to the clinic for a test and felt like places like this always make you wait forever, even when you’ve booked ahead. The staff were fine, but they all seemed rushed, like nobody ever has time to explain things properly. The instructions weren’t very clear, and my results came later than they said they would. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I definitely wouldn’t rush to go back

"Bit pricey for what it is"
Used Randox recently and it was fine, but the price felt a bit steep. Service was okay and the results came through, but nothing really stood out for what I paid. Probably wouldn’t use them again unless it was cheaper.

When I visited, the staff didn’t come across as very friendly. I felt like they were rushing me through and seemed a little rude at times, which made the experience less comfortable than I expected.

I ended up having to cancel my booking because I picked the wrong date… totally my mistake, but the website wasn’t super clear at first either!! I emailed support and then had to wait a couple of days, which was a little annoying, not gonna lie!!!
They did get back to me though, and cancelled it without making it a whole thing. The refund showed up on my card about a week later!! Could’ve been quicker, sure, but it was fair enough in the end… and I didn’t have to keep chasing them, so that was a relief!!!

My results came back clear, and because they matched what I was expecting, I felt I could trust them. I’ve used Randox before and haven’t had any mix-ups or confusing parts, so the whole process felt straightforward

"Home test kit showed up far too late"
I ordered a home testing kit from randox and paid for it thinking it would arrive when they said it would. It didn’t, and I was just sat there checking the tracking with barely any proper update. That part was really annoying, especially because I needed it for that thing and the timing mattered.

When it finally turned up, it was pretty much useless for me by then. I tried getting help from customer service, but they were slow and didn’t really sort anything out. the whole thing was frustrating and I wouldn’t use them again.

"Results came quick, but I felt a bit misled"
I got my test results back faster than I expected, around the next day, which was good. The site was mostly okay to use, though it was a little confusing at first. I did feel a bit misled by how straightforward everything seemed before I started, because it wasn’t quite as clear once I was actually going through it.
